Entertain the Brutes

Tuesday Morning Edition

Fun fun fun I hate work.

I have this one-on-one meeting with my supervisor, who relates to me the head of accounting has me in her "supervisor program". Which means nothing to me as I've seen no official status of this. Anyway, the idea is if I don't watch DVD's when there is jack-squat to do and if I dress right all the time, I may get my supervisors job when he leaves for Canada in August-ish.

What THAT means is an actual 8 to whenever Mon - Fri day job, the likes of which I've never held before. Also it means a transition of hourly to salary. Ew.

But at least I'd be normal.

I hate normal.

It's cool to be large when you have nothing but large friends, cause no one judges you. There's only one arguement and that's "who is the biggest?" And there's only one way to solve this. We all hop in a car and go to Disney, get on a rollercoaster, and whoever has the least clicks on the saftey bar is the winner.

Thursday Morning Edition

Boy oh boy have I been movie-ing.

Scary Movie 3, Club Dread, The Blue Collar Comedy Tour, Paycheck, You Got Served, Honey, Cheaper By the Dozen, Along Came Polly, Spartan, Stuck On You, 50 First Dates, The Last Samurai, Master & Commander: On the Far Side of the World, Eurotrip. 13 Movies in just over 3 weeks. And I have Bad-der Santa on tap and 5 days left on my movie pass.

Luckily the pass runs out right before Spider-Man 2 hits theaters. And as any Fredy knows (you PUSSY), I must be there opening day. I got to see the first movie opening day, and I'll hit this one too. I wanted to go see it at a midnight showing, but I have to work, dammit.

And Brianne seems to think she'll be bloggin again. Weirdo. :)

This last weekend was kinda fun, got to game at Dave's house on the bigscreen. Not very comfy though...

Still a few months till new gaming delights begin to appear. I'm salivating greatly at the thoughts, and exercising my thumbs daily.

I bought Laurel a few things for her b-day, the next Dark Tower book, Alice In Wonderland on DVD, and a picture/cel of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger.

Course that's cause I bought myself M.A.S.H. Season 6, Transformers Season 3 Part 2 & Season 4, LotR Return of the King, The Last Boy Scout, and Pitch Black.

My rooms a friggin mess. I gotta clean it up in between writing e-fed shows.

Fin.

The Good, the Bad, and the downright Idiotic

Entertain the Brutes

Tuesday Evening Edition

The follow-up I promised...

It was nothing. An email was sent at 5 a.m. the 18th of last month to the Montclair P.D., and it seems to have been a bit nasty. Now they started by trying to stress it was "PC usage policy" that they were enforcing, as in not using PC's, the network, or email for personal use, but anyone knows that's a crock. Sure, companies monitor, but they don't bother to crack down unless there's a real reason to do so.

What I found amusing was that even though the head of the Human Resources department help set up this "sting", she seemed a bit unawares when Security Supervisor Oates raised his hand immediately upon hearing the issue and said "yeah, that was me, I'm retired Montclair P.D.". You would think the H.R. director would have known this.

Plus, even though I have little network knowledge, if all this stuff is so monitored, I'd think they'd know the sender already anyway. But hey, what do I know.

Regardless, we were dismissed and he stayed. I'm not back in till Thurday night (he wouldn't be either) so the details remain to be seen.

Entertain the Brutes

Tuesday Morning Edition

Here we are, two days from the 2 year anniversary of my blog. Guess it's a nice time to have posting happening again.

I don't think I'll be able to update my template this time. I forgot about it because I've been so damned busy, so oh well.

Over the weekend I'd like to say I had lots of hot sex with a big tittied redhead.

Yeah, I'd like to say that.

I reorganized my room, at least the main part, moving things, throwing things out, and cleaning stuff. I'm nowhere near done, but I accomplished a lot Friday.

Saturday David came over sporting two XBox cases, a backpack full of laptop gear, and a busted PC. Luckily one XBox case was mine. But that bastard kept it and gave me the new one. My Box was so happy in the old one. It was comforted and gently held. I don't think it will ever be the same.

I used XBox Live to download minor updates for Hunter: the Reckoning Redeemer and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Rebuplic. Redeemer's were alright, having two sets of costumes for the 5 main characters. SW:KotOR I'm not sure of yet, as it didn't affect the game I had running (light side male). I started a new game (dark side male), and hopefully I'll reach the point where I can see the new area soon. BTW, dark side IS more fun, but you get really ugly.

Maybe I'll try out Rainbow Six 3 today, including over Live. More than likely I'll head out and trade up to get Pandora Tomorrow again (Blockbuster Summer Flip Card).

I'm 6 movies and just over a week into my Movie Pass. I hope to see many more.

Also late Saturday (early Sunday) I recieved a call from Tyler, the guy I had sold X to the day before. He nicely warned me the cops were on their way and I should run. I politely thanked him then laughed about the situation with David, especially as we walked outside and I was stowing the XBox case in his car (for those that don't know, my selection of gamer cases are large aluminum crate-lookin things).

This morning though, I worry. It seems the head of Accounting emailed me and my fellow auditor (copying to our direct boss) about a departmental meeting she wanted to hold. Now, my first question is is it full department or just the people she emailed? Then of course, what's it about. I worry about meetings with bosses. I mean, a departmental meeting would be cool, I guess. Make us feel like we're part of the team instead of the "other guys". But it hasn't happened yet...

Well, I'll try to remember to post again once I get home. Pray for me, oh everyone.

In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti.

Friday Morning Edition

Yup. Went out today and spent mad loot. Loot I don't quite have. Being poor sucks terds.

Got the V-somethin-721 (ha Amanda, upgrade!) and it's sitting nicely in the box on a chair... That's what happens when you finally track it down at 1 in the afternoon and get home near 3.

I also picked up the Linksys Game Ethernet Adapter (G version) and an XBox Live Starter Kit. I hope to be online with my box over the weekend.

And I still plan to rearrange my room, still not sure how or into what, all I really know is it'll be tough and it'll take a long assed time, and I got no time.

It's not the size of the ship but the motion in the ocean. Now that may be true but I know it takes a long time to get to England in a rowboat.

Entertain the Brutes

Thursday Morning Edition

So here I am bored to tears and I'm remenicing remembering whatever you know what I mean.

Two weeks ago I got to hang out with my wang out with my good buddy Manly Penis there. Manly Penis decreed we had to go to New York and the American Museum of Natural History. Me, I felt sayin it was enough... So we went, yup. It was a museum. Sue me, I'm uncultured. From there we went to Hooters back in Jersey. Jersey has some premium titty let me tell ya. There was titty all over the place. Much better titty than our second trip.

During the titty, as our waitresses titty was headed towards us with our food, I had been talking about my issues with females and what I'd look for besides a pair of titty. After pausing his response long enough for Deanna to arrive (yes, I still remember her name...) he states "You should just date me!". Needless to say, Deanna was amused (or scared) either way she left. It was funny in it's own way, and the timing just made it strange as hell.

After that it was off the the theater long enough to find out Shrek 2 was sold out. So we went back to my place, HALO'd, and ended the evening.

This last week, Laurel goes out and gets a new PC since her laptop died. I hoped to get her laptop out of this (as did David, we like pc salvage) but she wants if I can fix it to use it as a big storage device, cause when she and Brian go on trips he takes six thousand pictures at the ultra hi res "this isn't needed" size and only has 3 cards. Lame. As. Hell.

Of course I had to help set the thing up, and in doing so needed David's help on an all-to-cheesy issue. However, she has a DVD-burner now, and I got 125 GB's of TV that need a-burnin. So I gotta get me some blank DVD's.

Oh, and I'm buying a new Flatscreen/flatpanel moniter (Viewsonic 17" I hope) to replace my NEC 15". Laurel will get the 15 and I'll take her flatscreen monitor and hide it away with my other regular monitor. Plus I'll get a Linksys Wireless Ethernet Game Adapter and a few storage shelves. I'm set to reorganize my whole room.

Also this week (I have to tell it cause David's worried about his penis) David bought the HALO Edition XBox (Limited Edition Translucent Green XBox/S Controller w/HALO logo's plus HALO), HALO 2 LE preorder (like me, hell, it's being shipped to me), a carrying case for it all (which means you can give me mine back bitch!) and the official Microsoft XBox Wireless Ethernet adapter.

Till next time, I leave you with a quote from The Blue Collar Comedy Tour DVD, and Ron White.

The bouncers in New York City, they think bouncing is a cool job to have. They just think about bouncin. They hang out with other bouncers talkin about bouncin. They go home every night and watch Roadhouse and fondle themselves.
